- Kept: 12 months after the last exchange

If something is wrong, write to us first. If you live in the United States
In California (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), to the extent that law applies to FightAnnex: know what information is collected and why (this page says so), get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, without being treated any worse for asking. Someone you authorise can ask for you; the reply goes to the address the message came from, to check the request really comes from you.
What has been collected over the last 12 months: identifiers (IP address, the email address you give) and what you send us (messages, error reports), from you and your browser. FightAnnex sells no personal information, does not share it for targeted advertising and uses no sensitive information: so there is nothing to opt out of.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (CalOPPA): the site behaves the same with or without these signals, since it follows nobody from one site to another; no third party collects information here about your online activities over time or across other sites.
Children
Reading the site is open to everyone, without giving anything.
In the United States, FightAnnex does not knowingly collect any information from a child under 13 (COPPA). In Quebec, under 14, the law requires a parent's consent to collect information about a child. A parent who thinks their child wrote to us tells us: the message is erased.
No tracking
No ads, no trackers, no audience measurement, no profiling. Fonts and photos are served by the site itself: no other site sees your visit.
The site's only cookies make it work, like the chosen language. The full list is on the Cookies page.
Security and changes
Everything goes over an encrypted connection. If an incident involving your information risked causing you serious harm, you would be told, and so would the authorities.
When this page changes, the date at the top changes too. The site's rules are in the Terms of Use.
